小蝌蚪变青蛙

1.(小蝌蚪想和小乌龟一起玩,小乌龟看不起小蝌蚪,不想和它玩。)

Tadpole:Turtle,can we play together?乌龟,我们可以一起玩吗?

Turtle:Hum!You can only swim in the water,but can not play on the ground.I won’t play with you.哼,你只能在水中游泳,但不能在陆地上玩耍,我才不想和你一起玩。

tadpole(名词,蝌蚪。)

turtle(名词,乌龟。)

swim(动词,游泳。)

2.(小蝌蚪很难过,并告诉乌龟说自己会变成青蛙,到时候可以和它一样在陆地玩。乌龟还是不屑一顾。)

Tadpole:I can change into a frog soon.Then I can play on the ground with you.我很快就会变成一只青蛙了,那时候我就能和你在陆地上玩耍了。

Turtle:Stop boasting!If a frog is changed from a tadpole,I won’t play with a frog.不要吹牛啦!如果青蛙是由蝌蚪变来的,那我不愿意和一只青蛙玩。

change(动词,改变,变化。)

boast(动词,吹牛,说大话。)

frog(名词,青蛙。)

3.(小蝌蚪长出两条后腿,很高兴的样子。)

Tadpole:Aha!I have two legs.哈!我有两条腿了!

leg(名词,腿。)

4.(小蝌蚪又长出两条前腿,很高兴的样子。)

Tadpole:Aha!I have four legs.哈!我有四条腿了!

5.(小蝌蚪的尾巴越来越短,很高兴。)

Tadpole:Oh,my tail becomes shorter and shorter.I’ll become a frog soon.哦,我的尾巴越来越短了,我很快就会变成一只青蛙了。

soon(副词,不久,很快。)

6.(一只小青蛙蹲在一片大荷叶上,小乌龟叫它一起玩,它不愿意。)

Turtle:Frog,let’s play together,OK青蛙,我们一起玩,好吗?

Frog:I don’t think you’d like to play with me,because I’m changed from a tadpole.我认为你不会乐意和我一起玩,因为我是由蝌蚪变来的。

together(副词,一起,共同。)

知识拓展:雄青蛙会呱呱地叫,雌青蛙个子比雄青蛙大,但不会叫,是个哑巴。
