狗吐舌头与驴打滚

1.(大热天,小狗吐着舌头在喘气,驴在地上打滚。)

Dog:Wow!So hot!哦,好热!

Donkey:Yes,but how funny it is you loll your tongue out!是的,但是你把舌头伸出来很滑稽呢!

funny(形容词,好笑的,滑稽的。)

tongue(名词,舌头。)

2.(狗很不服气地嘲笑驴打滚。)

Dog:En?What makes you think it’s funny?But I think rolling on the ground is really funny.嗯?你怎么会认为这很滑稽呢?我觉得你在地上打滚才是真正滑稽呢。

Donkey:What do you know?I’m bathing!你知道什么?我在洗澡。

3.(驴说它在洗澡,狗不相信,驴说这样能抖落身上的虫子,还能止痒。)

Dog:Bathing?I don’t think it can make you clean,but make you dirty.洗澡?我不认为这样会让你干净,反而使你变脏呢。

Donkey:No,it can shake off the worms on my body and relieve itching.不,这样能抖落我身上的虫子,能够止痒。

Dog:Oh,that’s it.哦,是这样啊。

4.(驴又问狗吐舌头有什么用啊,狗说它的汗腺长在舌头上,伸出来能降温。)

Donkey:Then what use it has to loll your tongue out?你吐舌头有什么用啊?

Dog:My sweat gland is on my tongue.I must loll it out to lower the temperature.我的汗腺长在我的舌头上,我必须把舌头伸出来降温。

5.(它们一起哈哈大笑。)

Donkey:Oh,that’s it.Haha!哦,是这样啊。

Dog:Haha!哈哈。
